Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below: Step One: Type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to six [6] of any single item) in the quantity box. More information on our Maximum Purchase Policy. Step Two: Click the "Add to Bag" button to place the product selected in your shopping bag. Step Three: When you've completed shopping, click the "Shopping Bag" button found on the top of each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on "Submit Order." After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-877-352-6478 for assistance. For fastest service, please have your order number available. SHOPPING BAG Click on "Shopping Bag" to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area. DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

 Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-877-352-6478 and we will be happy to assist you. Pre-sell Items Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September") is indicated on the site adjacent to product information. Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.  We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. Gift orders always receive special care at Donna Karan Beauty Online. We will be happy to wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message. If you wish to have your Donna Karan Beauty Online order packaged as a gift, simply select the box "Send as a Gift" on the Shipping information page. If you wish a card to be enclosed, please enter your gift card message. The gift wrap charge of $3.00 will be added to your order total. Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package  We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA.
